The ground floor there are two spacious bedrooms, one with twin beds and a sofa bed for a couple of people. For those who love books there is a library well stocked with books, CD and DVD’s and the view overlooks the rear garden area. The other bedroom has a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom which includes a power shower.

 

The stairs are carpeted and lead to the upper floor with patio windows around the living room which has two large sofas and arm chairs, a flat screen TV and DVD player. The room overlooks the outdoor terrace used for alfresco dining.

 

The kitchen is well designed and fitted with the modern amenities that you would need for a kitchen, with a dining area next to it with table and chairs suited for 6 people. The dining room is ideal for long conversations over a well cooked meal. A secondary shower room is also on this floor near to the sitting room

 

Amenities include video phone entry service, triple glazed windows all throughout the apartment, wireless internet access, private patio, plug adaptors, library and video library, secure parking for two cars which is included in the price. The property is no smoking and there is no access to an elevator, pets are not allowed unless authorised.

There is a large shared garden at the back of the property for comfort or there are a number of parks nearby which in the summer is ideal for family days out and other outdoor activities.
